原画作品の国内送料は無料です。

Shipping within Japan is free for original artworks.

額装済みの作品は、ご注文後2〜3日を目安に発送します。

Artwork that is already framed will normally be shipped within 2–3 days.

ご注文後に額装する作品は、発送まで7〜10日ほどお時間をいただきます。

Artwork framed after purchase will be shipped within approximately 7–10 days.

国内の原画発送にはヤマト運輸を利用します。

Original artworks within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport.

海外発送に対応している商品は、商品ページに表示されています。

International shipping availability is shown on each product page.

額装作品は、追跡・損害賠償付きのEMSで発送します。

Framed artworks are shipped via tracked and insured EMS.

画集は、追跡付きの国際エアパケットで発送します。

Art books are shipped via tracked International Air Packet.

海外送料は、購入画面で配送先を選択すると表示されます。

International shipping rates are shown when you select your destination at checkout.

米国向けの関税等は事前に支払い、送料に含まれます。

For U.S. orders, applicable duties are prepaid and included in the shipping fee.

その他の国では、輸入時に関税や税金が発生する場合があります。その場合は購入者様のご負担となります。

For other destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.

ご注文のキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。

Cancellations are accepted only before shipment.

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くお問い合わせください。

発送後のキャンセルは承ることができません。

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

国内配送の商品は、到着後7日以内に事前にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返品を承ります。

For orders delivered within Japan, returns are accepted only if you contact us within seven days of delivery.

お客様のご都合による返品の梱包費用・返送料は、お客様のご負担となります。

For returns due to personal preference, packing and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

事前のご連絡がない返品はお受けできません。

Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.

海外注文は、到着時の破損または誤配送を除き、お客様都合による返品を承っておりません。ただし、適用される法令により返品が認められる場合を除きます。

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned due to personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

This does not apply to items damaged during shipping or items sent in error.

商品が破損した状態で届いた場合、または異なる商品が届いた場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

外箱と梱包材を処分せず、商品と梱包状態が分かる写真をお送りください。

Please keep all packaging materials and send photographs showing the item and its packaging.

返送・返金などに必要な費用は、当方で負担します。

We will cover the necessary return or refund costs.
