販売価格

販売価格は、消費税込みの価格です。
原画作品の国内送料は無料です。
画集の送料および海外送料は、配送先に応じて購入画面に表示されます。
決済方法によって、別途手数料が発生する場合があります。
海外配送では、配送先の国や地域により関税・輸入税等が発生する場合があります。

All prices include Japanese consumption tax.
Shipping within Japan is free for original artworks.
Shipping fees for art books and international orders are shown at checkout according to the destination.
Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, depending on the destination.

代金の支払方法・時期

ご利用いただけるお支払い方法は、購入画面に表示されます。

クレジットカード、Amazon Pay、PayPal、キャリア決済は、ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。
コンビニ（Pay-easy）決済は、ご注文日から5日以内にお支払いください。
銀行振込は、ご注文後5営業日以内にお支払いください。
あと払い（Pay ID）およびPayPayは、購入画面に表示される条件に従ってお支払いください。
決済方法によって、別途手数料が発生する場合があります。

Credit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal and carrier payments are confirmed when the order is placed.
Convenience store payments through Pay-easy must be completed within five days of the order date.
Bank transfers must be completed within five business days of the order date.
For Pay ID Pay Later and PayPay, please follow the payment terms shown at checkout.
Additional processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

商品のお届け時期

お支払いの確認後、発送準備を開始します。

額装済みの作品および在庫のある画集は、ご注文後2〜3日を目安に発送します。
ご注文後に額装する作品は、発送まで7〜10日ほどお時間をいただきます。
発送が遅れる場合は、メールにてご連絡します。

海外配送にかかる日数は、配送先や通関状況によって異なります。
発送後、追跡番号をお知らせします。

Shipping preparations begin after payment has been confirmed.

Artwork that is already framed and art books that are in stock will normally be shipped within 2–3 days.
Artwork framed after purchase will be shipped within approximately 7–10 days.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you by email.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

返品について

ご注文のキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。発送後のキャンセルは承ることができません。

国内配送の商品は、到着後7日以内に事前にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、返品を承ります。お客様のご都合による返品の梱包費用・返送料は、お客様のご負担となります。事前のご連絡がない返品はお受けできません。

海外注文は、到着時の破損または誤配送を除き、お客様都合による返品を承っておりません。ただし、適用される法令により返品が認められる場合を除きます。

商品が破損した状態で届いた場合、または異なる商品が届いた場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。外箱と梱包材を処分せず、商品と梱包状態が分かる写真をお送りください。返送・返金などに必要な費用は当方で負担します。

【Cancellations and Returns】

Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

For orders delivered within Japan, returns are accepted only if you contact us within seven days of delivery. For returns due to personal preference, packing and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned due to personal preference, except where required by applicable law. This does not apply to items damaged during shipping or items sent in error.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and send photographs showing the item and its packaging. We will cover the necessary return or refund costs.
